The Dark Red Ladybug is an unusual mob in Florr.io that was added on February 17, 2020. They are passive until provoked.
Appearance[]
Exactly like the common ladybug, but with a darker shell. The spots on its back are pinkish instead of black.
Stats & Behavior[]
Speed: Slow when unprovoked, medium when aggressive
Health: 25 HP
Damage: 10 HP
Wanders around randomly, moving a few tiles forward before stopping and changing direction. Upon being attacked, it will follow the flower that attacked it.
If the lead player on the server is above level 60, dark ladybugs become aggressive when close to that player regardless of being attacked.

Tips[]
- Generally not that hard to take down, as they have low health, low body damage, and only attack when provoked. They may pose a threat when trying to escape from more dangerous mobs or players since they spawn often, so they can block the escape route.
- If you haven't gotten a lot of roses yet, now is a good chance. This mob ensures that rare roses will be littered all over the place in the ? zone, making it easy to get a few.
- They are the only mob to drop Yin Yang petals and thus are essential for making the taijitu build.
