Are you looking for the current version of the Rose petal? If so, please go to this page: https://official-florrio.fandom.com/wiki/Rose. This page contains information about the legacy version of the Rose petal.

The Rose (old) is an Unusual petal in florr.io. It is able to heal 10 HP from damaged players.

Appearance[]

A pink, circular petal with a dark pink outline, the same size as the Basic petal.

Function[]

Durability: 5 HP

Damage: 5 HP

Respawn time: 3.5 sec

This Rose petal heals the user for 10 HP. If the player is not at full health, the rose will spawn, orbit the flower for about a second, then go towards the flower to be absorbed by it, at which point the flower will heal and the Rose respawn timer will start.

If the user has full health, it will simply behave like other petals, orbiting the flower. This petal can't go outward when attacking but can go in when defending.

Drops[]

Percentage[]

Mobs and their drop rates
Mobs Drop Chance (In %) Fraction (General) Fraction with 1 as numerator Decimal
Ladybug 11% (11/100) (1/9.09090909091) 0.11
Ladybug (Yellow) 100% (1/1) Same as Said 1.0
Massive Ladybug 100% (1/1) Same as Said 1.0

Obtaining[]

Not that bad to get:

  • Farm Ladybugs in easy, so you can have early regeneration. Always try to change this with Epic Rose, sometimes with Rare Rose.
  • As an alternative choice, kill players for it using some Heavys or Stingers. Leaves are a placeholder for this and other Roses.

Strategy[]

Using[]

  • Previously, Rose, with its healing and fast regeneration time made it entirely possible to make a build composed of 6 roses. This build allowed you to quickly move into the ??? region while remaining alive: Roses would shield you from hornets while regenerating your health. Note that due to its nerf in respawn time, this may not apply
  • A single iris petal could counter the healing effect of two rose petals.[1] Having more than two rose petals will still allow the player to heal even after getting hit by an iris petal from another player.
  • Rose petals cannot be scattered/repelled outwards, though they can still be used defensively if the player has full health.
  • In easy it's hard to get a build with good petals that can defend you against enemies, so it is a good idea to leave only one rose in your build and leave one rose in your inventory; when you're damaged you can temporarily use 2 roses
  • Mobs may destroy your roses and then damage you, leaving you unable to heal for a few seconds. If you're already low on health, avoid attacking aggressive mobs which may kill your roses as they respawn. Attack mobs like rocks, cacti, or ladybugs when low on health.

Against[]

  • Since there is a slight delay before healing, you can destroy the rose before it can heal.
  • Against players who just use a whole bunch of roses, use dandelion or high DPS builds like Deathwheel or Quick-Ripper
  • When opponents get damaged slightly, all of the active roses will come in to heal. Take advantage of this.

Trivia[]

  • The Rose used to have a fast regeneration time, which allowed players to receive more damage at longer times. It has since been nerfed, with a longer regeneration time along a slight delay before the actual healing.
  • This is one of four healing petals, the others being its variations, the Rose (Rare) and Rose (Epic), as well as the Leaf.
